The goal
Guess the hidden five-letter word in six tries, inside
five minutes. Every word is a live TLD, an ecommerce term, domain
lingo, or tech jargon. Type on your keyboard or tap the on-screen one.
What the colours mean
-
Right letter, right spot.
-
In the word, wrong spot.
-
Not in the word.
One puzzle a day
- One word per day, win or lose. The next unlocks at 00:00 IST.
- There is no single daily word. Unlike the original Wordle,
every player walks their own sequence, so your word and your category are
usually different from your colleagues'. Two people landing on the same word
is possible, just uncommon.
- The category still rotates for you: TLDs, ecommerce, domain lingo, tech, in
your own order.
- Do not leave mid-round. The clock keeps running whether the
tab is open or not, so closing it or navigating away can cost you the round.
Your browser will ask you to confirm before you go.
Buying help
- Extra minute, −100. Offered under 30 seconds, as often as you like.
- A clue, −300. Any time, once per puzzle.
A heavily-assisted day can finish negative and pull your total down.
Scoring
150 for solving, plus 0.9 per second left on the clock,
plus a bonus for finishing early:
| Solved on guess | Bonus |
| 1st | 410 |
| 2nd | 310 |
| 3rd | 220 |
| 4th | 140 |
| 5th | 70 |
| 6th | 0 |
Everything is rounded to the nearest 10. Best possible round: 830.
Miss it and you still score for progress, minimum 20 - then purchases come off, so a clue
or a bought minute can take a day below zero.
